We are so excited to share our dahlias with you! To ensure the best experience possible, please review the following policies carefully before purchasing:

Tuber Quality & Guarantee

• All tubers are grown on our farm and inspected for health prior to shipping. We sanitize and utilize many different methods of preventing disease. That being said, disease can also be transmitted through pests and as a no spray farm we only have so much control. We cull anything even remotely suspicious and take a lot of time and effort to ensure our plants are healthy.

• Each tuber will have at least one viable “eye” or visible growth point at the time of packing.

• We guarantee tubers be shipped healthy and true to variety but remember growing conditions may cause slight variations in the final bloom coloring. Tubers can wrinkle, be big or small, and everything in between. What we do not expect is any type of molding, rotting, or completely drying out. Generally speaking tubers can be small and wrinkly but if they have a healthy eye they will grow beautiful plants!

• If you believe there is an issue with your order upon arrival (incorrect, damaged, or unsatisfactory tuber), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist.

We cannot guarantee the outcome of plant growth once planted, as environmental conditions, pests, watering, and care are outside our control.

Weather & Shipping

• We will begin shipping tubers in November  based on safe shipping weather in Oregon.

• We will not ship during freezing temperatures—shipping dates may shift to protect tubers.

• Buyers are responsible for ensuring safe weather conditions at their destination.

(We do not offer heat packs — if your local weather is too cold to receive tubers, please wait to purchase.)

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the number of tubers you purchase. Please double check that you have selected the right shipping based on your cart.Once shipped, any postal delays or damage caused in transit are out of our control, but we will try to help where we can.

Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of tubers:

• All sales are final once the order is placed.

• We cannot accept exchanges or returns.
